Emergency maintenance - service affecting [RESOLVED]
We need to perform some emergency maintenance today. This will affect
the following services:
1 of 3 primary nameservers will also be offline during this time. There should be no service impact.
Access to email will be unavailable for some customers and some database services will be affected.
Some customer VMs will also be affected - these customers have been notified directly.
We'll begin this outage as soon as possible (organising datacentre hands now), and expect to be finished within an hour.
